A friend of mine sent an afghan to me that her grandmother had made many many years ago.  It has been loved so much that it started coming apart at the seams, literally.  She asked if I could try to do some repairs and bring the afghan back to life.  I am always up for a good challenge and I would do anything for a friend.
So begins “The Resurrection.”

As the journey continues, I will post pictures and progress along the way.  Make sure to check back for updates.

Here are some before pictures of what I have to work with.

This will be quite a challenge, I can’t wait to jump in.  Wish me luck!
